摘要
应用薄层扫描法对益肾胶囊中大黄素进行了定性定量方法研究，对实验条件进行优选，排除了干扰，结果满意，加样回收率为98．66％，RSD＝1．04％。
Emodin in 'Yishen Capsule' was determined qualitatively and quantitatively by TLC scanner.The method is simple,accurate, sensitive,and reproducible. The average recovery was 98. 66%,coefficient of correlation was 0. 9952,coefficient of variation 1. 04%. Results showed that this method is suitable for the quality control of 'Yishen Capsule'.
