摘要 用2.2.15细胞系模型,连续13d检测HBsAg、HBeAg、HBV-DNA,动态观察肝康对其的抑制作用。结果:①均有一个相似的药物作用曲线,即从用药到见效需3~4d,较强的抑制可维持3~5d,然后逐渐减弱、消失;②分泌、复制越是旺盛,抑制作用越强; We used Transfection Cells (HepG2 2.2.15 cells) to observe the inhibiting action of Gankang by detecting HBsAg, HBeAg and HBV DNA once a day for 13 days. Results: a) There was a similar inhibiting action curve on HBsAg and HBeAg secretion and HBV DNA replication, which showed it needed 3~4 days to introduce the action, the strong action would maintain 3~5 days, then it decreased to disappear gradually. b) The more active HBV replicated, The stronger Gankang inhibiting action was. c) The relationship of drug quantity and its effects was positive correlation.
