摘要
为探讨激素诱导的股骨头坏死与肾阳虚证之间的关系。用外源性糖皮质激素诱导家兔股骨头坏死的动物模型,以下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质轴形态和功能的抑制状态等作为观察肾阳虚的客观指标,探讨二者之间的关系。结果显示激素诱导的兔股骨头坏死,其下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质轴从形态到功能均出现抑制状态,表现为血浆皮质醇、促肾上腺皮质激素降低,垂体、肾上腺重量减轻,镜下明显萎缩(尤以肾上腺皮质萎缩更加明显);用右归饮治疗,能拮抗激素诱导的兔股骨头坏死的下丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质轴的抑制状态,并能改善坏死的股骨头。
sing rabbit models of femoral head necrosis induced by exogenic glucocorticoid, the relationship between hormoneinduced femoral head necrosis (HIFHN) and kidneyyang deficiency was studied by taking the morphological and functional inhibit of hypothalamicpituitaryadrenal axis (HPAA) as the objective index for observing kidneyyang deficiency. The results showed that HPAA inhibit in HIFHN was expressed by the decrease of plasm cortisol and ACTH and the weight reduction and obvious microscopic atrophy of the pituitary and adrenal glands, and that the administration of “YOUGUI YIN” functioned to antagonize HPAA inhibit in HIFHN and improve femoral head necrosis. It was concluded that there is a closed relationship between HIFHN and kidneyyang deficiency.
