摘要
通过对实生紫穗槐幼苗进行水浸处理,研究其在水涝胁迫下的生理变化。结果表明:随水涝胁迫时间的延长,紫穗槐叶片的叶绿素含量下降,电解质外渗率、丙二醛、可溶性蛋白和脯氨酸含量增加,紫穗槐通过积累渗透调节物质来适应水涝逆境,到胁迫处理第20d,紫穗槐叶片的电解质外渗率仍低于50%,且在生长状况上变化不大,说明紫穗槐具有很强的耐涝能力,可以在多水地区种植栽培。
This research studied on physiological changes of Shrubby amorpha under flooding stress by carrying out a water soaking treatment for Shrubby amorpha seedlings. The result showed that, along with the flooding treatment time prolonged, chlorophyll content in leaves of Shrubby amorpha decreased, while the electrolyte leakage, MDA, soluble protein and proline content increased. Shrubby amorpha adapted flooding stress by accumulating osmotic adjustment substance. Twenty days after flooding stress, the electrolyte leakage was still lower than 50%, and the change of growth status was slight, all of these indicated that, Shrubby arnorpha had a strong waterlogging tolerance ability, it can be planted and cultivated in watery area.
