摘要
在水分胁迫进程中,对板栗幼苗叶片水分状况。SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)和GSH-Px(谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶)的活性以及MDA(丙二醛)含量进行了测定。研究了在胁迫各阶段诸项指标的动态变化以及与RWC(组织相对含水量)的相关性。结果表明:轻度水分胁迫期间SODGSH-Px活性呈下降趋势;中度水分胁迫期间两种酶活性明显增加并达到最大值。MDA含量在胁迫进程中呈持续上升趋势,接近重度胁迫时积累最多。
The changes of relative water content(RMC),the activity of both superoxide
dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)as well as the changes of
malondialdehydel(MDA)content were measured under the processing of water stress.The
results Trdicated that the activi-ty of SOD,GSH-Px reached the highest level under mldium
water stress the activities of antiox-idases have a sinficfqnt relation with RWC. The content of
MDA was accumulated in the process-ing of waterstress until when seedlings were under
severe stress.
