介绍了球笼万向节结构特征,通过Hertz接触理论得出各规格球笼式万向节的理论计算转矩,并根据某型矿车实际工况选用了合适的球笼万向节,实现了轮边减速器传动、转向和承载的功能。
The construction of ball universal joint is described, The theory calculation torque of many type ball universal joint is expressed through Hertz contact theory, the wheel reducer function of drive, steer and load is realized by the use of ball universal joint which is selected though a certain mine car work situation.
