摘要
四点接触式球笼万向节钟形壳内滚道磨削加工参数的调整计算比较复杂，实际生产中一般采用单圆弧代替，这在一定程度上影响了球笼式万向节的性能。本文应用共轭曲面理论，导出了球笼式万向节钟形壳内滚道磨削加工的计算公式并编制了相应计算程序。
The calculation and adjustment of grindingparameters for GDthic arc type internal race in ball cageuniversal joint are complicated and difficult. It is substituted generally by single arc in production. So thefeatures of the joint are effected to some extent. Here,the theory of conjugate surface is used and from whichcalculating equations are derived and programmed.
