摘要
通过调查,论述和分析了经济困难学生的就业心理状况和就业率、考研率以及就业满意度等方面的情况,并提出经济困难学生和普通同学相比在校学习表现和实际就业状况较好但就业满意度不高,需要从政策制度完善、就业环境营造、就业心理辅导教育、就业指导与服务等方面进一步加强和改进,从而不断提高其就业质量。
Based on data and diagrams obtained from surveys, this article gives an analysis of the employment psychology of the financially disadvantaged students, their employment rate and satisfaction, and their post--graduate enrollment rate. The article points out that, compared with the general group, financially disadvantaged students tend to have better academic performance and are in better actual employment situation but with less satisfaction. To help raise their employment quality, we must perfect our policies and systems, improve the employment environment, strengthen their psychological coaching and provide better employment guidance and service.
