摘要
目的:了解Bolton指数在各类骨性错畸形的分布特点、性别差异及上、下颌牙量关系在各类骨性错畸形中可能所起的作用。方法:选择符合标准的180副模型,每种骨性错各60副(男、女各30副),分别测量12颗恒牙(左右第一恒磨牙之间)的近远中宽度,计算各组前牙比和全牙比,采用SPSS15.0软件包对测量数据分别进行t检验、方差分析和χ2检验。结果:各组错男女的前牙比和全牙比无显著差异,骨性Ⅲ类错的前牙比和全牙比与I类和Ⅱ类错有显著差异,骨性Ⅰ类和Ⅱ类错的前牙比和全牙比无显著差异,骨性Ⅲ类错的前牙比和全牙比人数分布与Ⅱ类具有显著性差异。结论:骨性Ⅲ类错的前牙比和全牙比较骨性Ⅰ类、骨性Ⅱ类大,且其前牙Bolton不调的人数比例较大。
PURPOSE: To evaluate the differences in tooth size ratios and distributions of Bohon anterior and overall ratios among different skeletal maloeclusions. METHODS: 180 subjects were involved in this study, each malocclusion group consisted of 60 subjects (30 males and 30 females). The mesio-distal width from left first molar to right first molar was measured, Bohon anterior and overall ratios were calculated. Student's t test, ANOVA, LSD and X^2 test were performed for statistical analysis with SPSS15.0 software package. RESULTS: No statistically significant sex difference was found in anterior or overall ratio in any malocclusion. Significant difference was found for all ratios between skeletal Class Ⅲ and skeletal Class Ⅰ , so with skeletal Class Ⅱ. No significant differences in all ratios between skeletal Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ were noted. Significant difference was found in the distribution of subjects with anterior and overall ratio discrepancies between skeletal Class Ⅲ and skeletal Class Ⅱ. CONCLUSIONS: The mean anterior and overall ratios for skeletal Class Ⅲ maloeclusions are significantly greater than those for skeletal Class Ⅰ and Class Ⅱ. The number of subjects with anterior ratio discrepancies for skeletal Class Ⅲ maloeelusions are larger than that for skeletal Class I and Class Ⅱ malocclusion.
