肾细胞癌相关信号传导通路的研究进展
摘要
信号传导通路在肾细胞癌的增殖、转移和血管新生以及其对放化疗的拮抗中起着重要作用。目前，研究较深入的是VHL／HIF和PI3K／Akt／mTOR信号传导通路，信号传导通路之间联系以及不同信号传导通路在肾细胞癌发生中具体的作用还有待于进一步的研究。认清不同信号传导通路之间的联系纽带和发现新的传导通路，将为进一步发现肾细胞癌靶向治疗新的靶点、研发多靶点药物奠定理论基础。
