摘要
阐释理工学坛建设的意义维度,从远景战略选择、阶段战略选择、战略理念选择三大范畴明确理工学坛建设的战略定位,于实践立场进一步探讨理工学坛建设的组织结构、虚拟化、内容构成、选址、观念创新等问题。以实践意识的超越性和战略视野的超前性赋予理工学坛建设全新定义,旨在以来自个体(区域)经验整体性、反思性与意识自觉的奉献促进院校发展与区域化进程,以尝试超越学术表达与争鸣的阶段性促进学术论坛中国化的理论与实践进程。
This paper explains the significance of academic forum construction in polytechnic university, specifies its strategic orientation from the aspect of choosing prospective strategy, stage strategy and strategy concept, and further discusses the issues conceming the construction of academic forum in polytechnic university, such as organizational structure, virtualization, content composition, site selection and concept innovation from the practical point of view. A completely new definition is endowed to the construction of polytechnic academic forum with the transcendentalism of practical consciousness and foresight of strategic vision, which aims at promoting university development and regionalization process through the integrity and reflexivity of experience from individual (region) as well as the self-conscious contribution of consciousness, so as to promote the theoretical and practical process of academic forum with Chinese characteristics by trying to surpass the phases of academic expression and contention.
