摘要
考试不仅是社会育人、量人、选人的重要机制,而且是教育机会和资源分配的重要依据。在考试中坚持公平性,是促进教育公平建设的重要组成环节,对促进经济和社会发展、贮备人才、实现人力资源强国具有重要的意义和价值。
Examination is not only the critical system of educating people, measuring people and selecting people in society, but also is the important evidence of social opportunity and resource, especially it is the basis of educational chance and resource allocation. Setting up equity is a most important part for the construction of educational equity in the process of examination, and it has an important role and value for accelerating economic and social development, storing talent and realizing talent resources powerful country.
