摘要
目的探讨复方丹参片联合维生索E对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝的疗效及安全性。方法选取慢性乙型病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝患者49例，给予复方丹参片及维生素E，疗程1年，比较治疗前后ALT、AST、TC、TG及肝脏B超检查情况。结果ALT、AST、TC、TG指标较治疗前明显降低，治疗结束时HBsAg转阴率44．89％，脂肪肝B超检出率为38．77％，与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论复方丹参片联合维生素E对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝效果良好，使用安全，而且价格便宜。
The aim of this paper is to explore the effect and safety of using Compound Dan-shen abler and vitamin E for chronic hepatitis B combined with vitamin E. Methods 49 patients of chronic hepatitis B treated with Compound Dan-shen tablet combined vitamin E for 1 year＇s treatment, serum ALT,AST,TC,TG were determined and liver B-mode-ultrasound were assessed before and after 1 year. Results In contrast with pretherapy, the level of ALT, AST,TC ,TG were obviously decreased, the HBsAg negative rate was 44.89%, the detection rate were 38.77% by B-mode-ultrasound,and has no significantly different（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound Dan-shen tablet combined with vitamin E for patients with chronic hepatitis B and adiposis hepatica had advantages of good effect and safety with cheap price.
