两种银-氟康唑配合物对48株临床分离酵母菌的抗真菌活性研究 被引量:1

Studies on the Antifungal Activities of Two Silver(Ⅰ) Coordination Polymers with Fluconazole against 48 Clinic Candida in Vitro

摘要 目的:评价两种银-氟康唑配合物:[Ag(HFlu)(NO3)]n(A1)和{[Ag(HFlu)2](Cl O4)}n(A2)的体外抗真菌活性。方法:按文献[5]的方法,合成两种银-氟康唑配合物:[Ag(HFlu)(NO3)]n和{[Ag(HFlu)2](ClO4)}n,采用美国NCCLS推荐的标准方案——PRMI 640液基稀释法,选用了48株临床分离酵母菌[其中白色念珠菌28株(58.3%),热带念珠菌9株(18.8%),光滑念珠菌7株(14.6%),近平滑念珠菌3株(6.3%),啤酒酵母1株(2.0%)]进行体外抗真菌活性试验,并比较了不同培养基条件对最小抑菌浓度(MIC80)的影响。结果:A1、A2对所选各类酵母菌菌株的体外抗真菌活性明显优于氟康唑,另外PRMI640液基培养基效果明显优于SDA培养基。结论:两种银-氟康唑配合物:[Ag(HFlu)(NO3)]n和{[Ag(HFlu)2](ClO4)}n对酵母菌有较强的抗真菌活性,值得进一步研究。 Objective: To study on the anti-fungal effects of two polymeric silver(I)-fluconazole complexes: lag (HFlu) (NO3) ]n and { [Ag(HFlu)2](ClO4)}n. Methods: Two polymeric silver (I) -fluconazole complexes: [Ag (HFlu) (NO3)]. and {[Ag(HFlu)2(ClO4)}n have been synthesized, the antifungal effects of these complexes are studied using the criterion of NCCLS (America). In this study, 48 clinic fungi are selected:28 Candida albican(58. 3%), 9 Candida tropicalis(18. 8%) , 7 Candida glarate (14. 6%), 3 Candida parapsilosis(6. 3%), 1 Saccharomyces Cerevisiae (2. 10%). Results: The two polymeric silver(I)-fluconazole complexes antifungal effects are more better than fluconazole itself,on the other side, the different substrates also play an important role to antifungal effects: when the PRMI640 liquid substrate, the antifungal effects are strongest, while the SDB substrate is adopted. Conclusion: The results of anti- fungal studiea demonstrate that both silver(I) complexes show more active in comparison to the fluconazole drug.
