摘要
介绍了德国蒂森克虏伯采矿物料搬运技术有限公司于2006年设计和制造的新概念全移动自移式破碎机。自从该机在中国的华能伊敏河露天煤矿成功使用后,这种新型采矿工艺已经得到国内外大型露天矿山经营者的热切响应和密切关注,因为这种新型采矿工艺可以大幅度降低汽车在露天矿的使用数量,所以,它不但能够明显提高露天开采的生产效率、降低生产成本,而且由于减少了因大量使用汽车而产生的汽车废气排放和高额的轮胎消耗,能够对保护和改善露天矿周围的环境做出积极的贡献。
Has introduced a new concept fully mobile crusher, which has been designed and built by the German Thyssen Krupp Foerdertechnik GmbH in 2006. Since the successful operation of this crusher in the Huaneng Yimine Open Pit Coal Mine in Inner Mongolia, China, such new mining technology has been receiving extraordinary response and active attention from business administrators of large open pit mines at home and abroad, because such new mining technology is able to reduce number of trucks applied in open pit mines significantly. Therefore, it can not only increase the production efficiency and reduce production costs of open pit mines, but can also make active contribution for environmental protection and improvement due to the reasons of saving CO2 emission and reducing high consumption of rubber tires, which are resulted from mass application of trucks in the mines.
