摘要
提出了一种基于UG、ANSYS和ADAMS软件的矿山用皮带连接桥虚拟样机实现方案。建立了皮带连接桥工作装置的运动学模型和有限元分析模型,并分别对工作装置进行了动力学仿真和有限元分析,探讨了皮带连接桥在典型的爬坡工况下的运动特点,所得结论为新产品设计提供了有益的借鉴。
A realization scheme of the virtual prototype of the mine-used belt connecting bridge was proposed based on UG, ANSYS and ADAMS. Dynamic model and FEA model of the working device of the belt connecting bridge were built, and the dynamic simulation and FEA were conducted. Finally, the motion characteristics of the belt connecting bridge were discussed in typical climbing mode. The conclusion offered references for the design of new products.
