瘢痕疙瘩不同部位成纤维细胞周期蛋白D1的表达 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解瘢痕疙瘩周边和中央部成纤维细胞中Cyclin D1表达的差异。方法应用免疫组织化SP法检测瘢痕疙瘩成纤维细胞中Cyclin D1表达。结果在瘢痕疙瘩周边部成纤维细胞存在Cyclin D1呈高表达,而在中央部Cy-clin D1表达较低。结论瘢痕疙瘩周边部成纤维细胞中Cyclin D1呈高表达,可能是瘢痕疙瘩异常增生并呈侵润性生长的原因之一。 Objective To study cyclin D1 expression of fibroblasts in the peripheral and central regions of keloid. Methods Cyclin DI expression of fibroblasts in keloid was detected by SP method of immunohistochemistry. Results Expression of cyclin D1 in peripheral region was superior to that in central one. Conclusion Cyclin D1 overexpression of fibroblasts in peripheral area of keloid could contribute to the hyperproliferation and invasive growth.
