摘要
目的：为了进一步探讨慢性根尖周炎根周组织损伤、骨吸收的机理。方法：采用了放射免疫分析法检测了其根尖周慢性肉芽组织中ＰＧＥ２和ＴＸＢ２的含量和分布。结果：慢性根尖周炎根尖肉芽组织中的ＰＧＥ２和ＴＸＢ２含量明显高于正常对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论：ＰＧＥ２与慢性根尖根周骨吸收关系密切，ＴＸＢ２与之有关。且两者含量平衡失调。
Objective: To further study the mechanism of the bone bone absorption in chronic periapical periodontitis.Methods: The content and distributin of PGE2 and TXB2 in apical granuloma of chronic periapical periodontitis were with radio immunization analysis. Results: The PGE2 and TXB2 levels in apical granuloma of chronic periapical periodontitis were significantly higher than that in control(P<0.05).Conclusion: High levels of PGE2 and TXB2 and the imbalance of them may be related to the bone absorbtion in chronic periapical peridontitis.
