摘要
结合自身多年公路工程实践经验,主要从"开源""节流"两大方面详细分析论述了工程项目成本控制的内容、特点及主要控制措施,并以某工程项目为例进行了具体的经验教训总结,以期使工程项目成本控制求得单赢或双赢效果。
Combined with several years＇ experiences in highway construction, from two aspects, broaden sources of income and reduce expenditure cost control contents of engineering project are discussed in detail as well as the characteristics of project cost control and major control measures. Taken one project as example ext^ence of this work in cost control is summarized, in order to realize single or double win in cost control.
