摘要
通过对施工企业项目成本控制的内容和特点、意义和目的及项目成本控制原则的论述,指出了施工企业项目成本控制中目前存在的主要问题,并提出了解决这些问题的措施,以有效降低工程成本,提高企业的经济效益。
The content, characteristics, meanings and principle of project cost control in construction enterprises are discussed. According to the questions existed in project cost control at present corresponding measures are proposed in order to reduce engineering cost and increase economic benefits for construction enterprises.
