摘要
参考GB/T 229—1994的方法,在普通冲击实验机上,研究铍材在室温到450℃时的冲击性能,并使用电子探针观察冲击断口的表面形貌。试验发现,铍材冲击韧性随温度的变化无很明显变化,冲击性能稳定,无脆韧转变温度点出现,高温冲击断裂机理主要以准解理断裂为主;不同的是随温度升高,撕裂棱也不断增多,但没有明显韧窝出现。
This paper studies the impact property of beryllium material from room temperature to 450℃, the method mainly references to GB/T 229--1994. The surface morphology of impact fracture is observed by electron probe. The results show that beryllium's impact toughness is steady-going while test temperature increasing, impact toughness don't has the apparent change and has not ductile-brittle transition temperature appearance. Fracture is mainly quasi-cleavage fracture in high temperature. The difference is that tear ridges is increasing as while the temperature is increasing, but no dimples.
