摘要
用模拟轧制的方法研究了热加工参数(变形温度、变形量)对S-RE系易切削钢中夹杂物形态、大小、分布、数量及相对塑性的影响,通过实验结果建立数学模型,利用计算机数位模拟夹杂物的热变形行为,为锻造或轧制过程中的夹杂物预测和控制提供一种新的参考方法。
In this paper, the effects of rolling temperature and deformation on the shape, sise, distribution, amount and relative plasticity of inclusions in S-RE System Free-Cutting Steel have been investigated by the simulation of rolling processes. Mathematic models used for numerical simulation of the hot deformation behaviuor of inclusions were established based on the experimental results, which will provide a new reference method for the prediction and control of inclusions during the processes of forging and rolling
