精索静脉曲张患者精子运动速度和ATP含量的比较研究 被引量:6

摘要 为了探究精索静脉曲张患者不育的原因,采用多次曝光法和生物发光法测定精索静脉曲张患者精子运动速度和三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量,并与有生育能力的健康男性精子进行比较,结果显示精索静脉曲张患者精子运动速度和ATP含量显著低于正常对照组(P<0.001,P<0.01)。8例精索静脉曲张患者在作精索内静脉高位结扎木后6个月,其精子运动速度和ATP含量与正常对照组无显著性差异(均P>0.05)。精子的ATP含量与运动速度呈正相关(r=0.89,P<0.001)。认为精索静脉曲张患者精子ATP含量的不足导致了精子运动速度的明显下降,可能是男性不育的一个重要机制;精索内静脉高位结扎术可明显改善精子的能量代谢和运动功能。 To determine the causes of in fertility in patients with varicocele,sperm motility was evaluated by mutiple eposure photography and ATP in sperm measured by bioluminescent method.A significant difference of sperm motility and ATP were foun btween the patients with varicocele and fertile men (P<0.001, P<0.01). After six months of hight ligation of the internal spermatic veins,the sperm motility and ATP were not different between operative cases and fertile men (P>0.05). There was a significant correlation between sperm motility and ATP (r=0. 89, P<0.001). It was proposed that the decreased sperm motility due to low ATP in sperm in patients with varicocele could be a manin cause of infertility. Energery metabolism and sperm motility could be significantly improved after spermatic veins ligation.
