摘要
目的观察亲属活体供肾移植的疗效和预后。方法回顾性分析了1999年3月～2008年7月在北京朝阳医院肾移植中心接受治疗的153例亲属活体供肾移植受者的临床资料。结果153例受者中,8例在术后出现移植肾功能延迟恢复,其中5例经过透析支持痊愈,2例死于顽固性排斥和心肌梗死,1例感染后接受移植肾切除术;8例于术后早期死亡,主要原因包括感染、心肌梗死和脑出血等。移植肾及受者0.5年(n=139)、1年(n=114)、3年(n=62)、5年(n=36)的存活率分别为96.7%和98.7%、94.7%和98.7%、90.1%和96.7%、83.5%和94.7%。结论亲属活体供肾移植是治疗终末期肾功能衰竭的有效治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the outcomes of live donor renal transplantation. Methods The clinical data of 153 patients who had undergone live donor kidney transplantation in our center from March 1999 to July 2008 were collected and retrospectively analyzed. Results Delayed graft function （DGF） occurred in 8 patients, among whom 5 cases of DGF were successfully reversed by conservative treatment, 2 recipients died of refractory rejection and cardiac infraction, and 1 graft was resected because of severe infection. Eight recipients died of infection, cardiovascular events, and cerebral events soon after transplantation. All the 153 patients were followed up, and the 6-month, 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year survival number （and rates） were 139 （96.7% and98.7%）, 114 （94.7% and98.7%）, 62 （90. 1% and96.7%）, and36 （83.5% and 94.7% ） , respectively. Conclusion Live donor kidney transplantation plays an important role in the management of end stage renal disease, with satisfactory outcomes.
