摘要
建立了一种有效的蓖麻植株再生体系。以蓖麻成熟种子胚轴为外植体,在含6-BA(0.5mg/L)的MS培养基上每个外植体均能诱导出由若干不定芽组成的丛生芽,平均每个外植体可产生6.3个不定芽,健壮的不定芽经伸长、生根而发育成完整的再生植株并能全部移栽成活。本实验所用的3个蓖麻品种在产生不定芽的能力和数量上没有明显差异。利用该体系所诱导的不定芽具有生长健壮和易于生长发育等特点。该再生体系的建立为蓖麻遗传转化研究奠定了基础。
An effective regeneration system was established for castor (Ricunus communis L. ). Fasciculate buds forming adventitious buds were induced on MS medium with 0.5mg/L 6 - BA using the hypocotyl of mature seeds as explants. An average of 6.3 normal buds was produced on each explant. The plantlets developed from vigorous buds by elongating and rooting all survived after transplanted to soil. The ability to produce adventitious buds and the amounts of adventitious buds produced in three selected castor species didnt show obvious differences. The adventitious buds induced by this regeneration system are vigorous, and easy to develop. The establishment of this regeneration system have laid a foundation for genetic transformation of castor.
