摘要
从非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-45中分离单一聚合度的氧乙烯基化合物,可以用柱层析法分离。淋洗剂为三氯甲烷、乙醚:氯仿(1:99) 和乙醚:氯仿(1:1.2)。在乙醚:氯仿(1:1.2)的洗脱液馏份内可以收集到单一聚合度的烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(n=5)。氧乙烯基的聚合度用核磁共振光谱法及场解吸质谱法确定。用高效液相色谱测定分离物的纯度为97%以上。该方法的特点是仪器简单、操作方便、分离时间短。一次分离300mg的Triton X-45样品,可得到烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚(n=5)约50mg,为研究烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚的氧乙烯基聚合度分布提供实验室制备标样的简易方法。
Single oligomer of ethylene oxide is separated from nonionic surfactent
Triton X-45 with silica gel column by using chloroform, ether: chloroform
(1:99) and ether: cholroform (1:1.2) as eluates. Polyoxyethylene alkylphenoxy
ether can be obtained from eluate ether:chloroform (1:1.2). The degree of
polymerization of ethoxylate group is determined by NMR spectrometry and
field desorption mass spectrometry. The purity of polyoxyethylene alkylphenoxy
ether determined by HPLC is more than 97%. This method is simple to
perform and reguires a minimum of equipment and short test time. About 50
mg of polyoxyethylene alkylphenoxy ether is obtained from about 300 mg
of Triton X-45 in a single analysis. It offers a sample preparation method of
single ethoxymer standard of known E_o number to determine ethoxymer
distribution of polyoxyethylene alkyphenoxy ether.
