This paper introduces the typical structure for composite submarine cable and describes the design, manufacturing of 11 OkV Power and Optical Composite XLPE Submarine Cable. This article focus on the key technology points of composite XLPE cable, and main process control factor. This structure has passed the type test by China National centre for quality supervision.
