摘要
介绍了数据包络分析（ＤＥＡ）的基本理论和方法，并将其应用于沪宁段不同旅客列车运营相对有效性的评价，获得了定性指标和定量指标，结果与实际经验判断基本吻合，在确定开行方案之后，用此方法可以从技术和规模角度合理安排、组织和调整旅客列车运营。
The theory and method of DEA (data envelopment analysis) is briefly reviewed.The relative efficiency of the passenger train operation on Shanghai Nanjing railway is evaluated based on a DEA model.The qualitative and quantitative results are obtained,and they are practically consistent with the empirical judgment.After a operation plan is determined,the method presented in this paper can be employed to regulate the operation in respect of technical efficiency and scale efficiency.
