摘要
科学的管理方法是提高医疗护理质量的重要保证。五常法作为一个先进、科学的管理方法,简单、易行、见效快,是全面质量管理的基础,是提高医院竞争力的一个有效载体,与医院的效率、安全、素质及持续质量改善有很大的关系。护理系统成功引用五常法,并取得了一定成绩,为五常法的深入开展起到了抛砖引玉的作用。医院高管层应充分意识到五常法在医院建设和发展中的巨大作用,把五常法作为医院一切工作的基础,在全院范围内长期、深入地开展。
