摘要
本文用正交法研究了喷雾干燥制微胶囊香精的工艺参数．得出了最佳条件。本试验为工业化大生产提供了科学依据。
One method to microencapsulate flavoring is to dry on emulsion composed of volatiles and bo grade materials. Wehave studied the optimum conditions using cna test and has provided some scientific dates for the industrialization in thepaper.
