摘要
本文研究了喷雾干燥法制造微胶囊型维生素E粉末的工艺及技术。结果表明 :制造微胶囊型天然维生素E的壁材及其最佳组合为阿拉伯胶∶糊精∶玉米糖浆=22 5%∶25 0 %∶52 5 % ;心材与壁材的适宜比例为6∶5 ;均质压力为30MPa;喷雾进料温度60℃、进料流量150ml/min、进风温度195℃、出风温度70℃。
This paper studies the spray drying microencapsulation technology of natural vitamin E. The result showed that the wall_materials and their optimum composition was arabic gum 22 5%, dextrin 25% and corn syrup 52 5%. The suitable proportion of core_material and wall_material was 6∶5, homogenizing pressure was 30MPa. the feed temperature of spray drying was 60℃, feed flow rate was 150ml/min, temperature of entering wind and out wind were 195℃ and 70℃ respectively.
