摘要
现代企业管理已进入到人本管理阶段,管理行为日趋人性化。面对日趋激烈的人才竞争、市场竞争,企业在人力资源开发与管理过程中应充分体现人性化管理的要求,把人性化管理思想带入到企业人力资源开发管理的各个环节,注重人的差异性、层次性,强调人的不同需要,突出人的主体性和能动性,并与企业的自身条件和可能相适应,以提高激励机制的针对性和有效性,也符合人性化管理的要求。
Modern enterprise management has entered into the stage of humanistic management. Faced increasingly intensive talent and market competition, the enterprise should show the demand of humanistic management in human resources development and management, bring the thought of humanistic management into all links of human resources development, pay attention to difference and hierarchy, strengthen people's different need, and stress human subjectivity and activity in correspondence with enterprise condition and possibility to increase the purpose and efficiency of incentive mechanism, which are the demand of humanistic management.
