高职学生可量化管理模式打破了传统高校学生管理模式以管为主的弊端,更加突出学生的主体地位,注重学生综合素质的提高。在这一管理模式下,学生主动、自愿、热情地学习与发展,提升综合素质,各方面全面发展。
The quantitative management model about the vocational students breaks the traditional management model of the university students.
