摘要
世界经济知识化时代,在中国建设学习型政党、学习型社会和创新型国家的情形下,建设科研型研究生党支部是学习型高校党组织的一个必然回应。建设科研型研究生党支部是建设学习型高校基层党组织的重要内容,构建科研型研究生党支部的着力点在于:要以科学发展观为指导,提高党员的主体精神、创新精神和创新能力,注重学习、借鉴和吸收好的经验;注重集体学习制度、建立学习共同体;形成科研型研究生党支部的考评制度;科研型研究生党支部的荣誉、名望建设和资金保障。
In the knowledge-based era of the world economy, China is building a learning-oriented political party, a learning society and an innovation-oriented country. Under these circumstances, the building of scientific-research-based postgraduate Party branches is an inevitable response to the learning-oriented organizations of higher education institutions. The construction of the above said branches is an important content of building learning-oriented grass-root organizations in colleges and universities. The priorities of building scientific-research-based postgraduate Party branches are： ① upgrading the subject spirit of Party members, initiative spirit and creativity under the guidance of scientific outlook on development, emphasizing studying, assimilating and borrowing ideas from good exporiences; ②focusing on collective study system and establishing learning communities; ③forming a evaluation system for postgraduate Party branches; and ④ establishing its honor, reputation and financial security.
