摘要
以高锰酸钾/硫酸为引发剂,用尼龙66纤维与丙烯酸进行接枝共聚。研究了尼龙66纤维接枝率与硫酸浓度、高锰酸钾浓度、丙烯酸浓度、反应温度和时间、预处理时间之间的关系。实验结果表明,硫酸浓度为0.2mol/L,反应温度60℃,反应时间4h时,接枝率较高,尼龙66纤维的预处理时间对接枝率影响也较大。
The graft copolymerization of acrylic acid(AA) onto nylon 66 fiber was investigated by using KMnO_4/H_2SO_4 as a initiator under different conditions. The copolymerization reaction is greatly influenced by the concentrations of KMnO_4 and H_2SO_4, temperature and time of reaction. The graft yield increase as the monomer concentration increase, there are optimal concentrations of KMnO 4 and H 2SO 4, below or above these concentrations, lower graft yield occurs. Raising the reaction temperature and increasing reaction time favorably influence grafting. The results show that the optimum reaction conditions are as follows: the concentration of H 2SO 4 is 0.2 mol/L and KMnO 4 is 25 mmol/L and 1.4 mol/L for monomer concentration, the graft temperature 60 ℃, the reaction time 4 h. A mechanism for the reaction is proposed in this paper.
