摘要
采用熔融接枝法制备PA6 -g -PS共聚物 ,研究了原料配比 (PA6 :PS)、引发剂用量 (DCP % )和反应温度 (T)对接枝效率的影响。结果表明 :产物PA6 -g -PS的接枝效率随DCP %的增加及T的升高 ,均呈现先上升后下降的趋势 ;而随PA6 :PS的增加则一直呈下降趋势。同时 ,对PA6 -g-PS接枝共聚产物进行FITR、X -射线衍射分析。
The free radical melt grafting of PS onto PA6 was studied. The different concen-tration ratio of PA6 to PS、DCP content and the reactive temperature were found to have different effects on grafting efficiency. The grafting efficiency increased and then declined via the concentration of DCP and T increased. But it always declined as the ratio of PA6 to PS increased. Infra-red spectroscope and X-ray were also used to characterize the structure of the graft copolymer.
