摘要
作者采用激光光散射、光学显微镜研究了一种新型液体橡胶与环氧树脂的固化反应诱导相分离过程及其两相结构的发展,并用示差扫描量热仪跟踪该体系的固化反应动力学。结果表明,该固化反应经历了不稳相分离过程,相分离过程强烈依赖于固化反应动力学过程。固化反应速度越快,橡胶相尺寸越大;并且当体系固化反应程度达80%时,橡胶相态结构基本得以固定,最终得到双连续相结构。
The process of reactive and inductive phase separation and structure growth of two phase of curing system of a new liquid rubber and epoxy resin was studied by using laser diffusion and optical microscope,the curing reactive kinetics of the system was traced by DSC.The experimetnal results showed that curing reaction underwent unstable process of phase separation which strongly depended on the curing reactive kinetics, the faster the rection was, the bigger the size of rubber phase woukd be, when the curig reactivity reached 80%,the rebber phase structure was basically fixed and continuous phase structure was finally obtained.
