摘要
简述了品牌服务的内涵,从打造服务品牌、提供创新服务、开展特色服务、提供满意服务4个方面阐述了图书馆构建品牌服务的具体措施,并指出了品牌服务工作中应注意的问题。
This paper briefly expounds the connotations of the brand service, discusses some concrete measures for building the brand service of the library from four aspeets of creating the service brand, providing the innovative service, developing the characteristic service, and providing the satisfactory serviee, and puts forward some problems needing attention in the brand service.
