摘要
以聚乙烯(PE)熔体的挤出复合为例,系统阐述了挤出复合中的复合机理、PE表面的热氧化机理,结合理论分析,详细讨论了PE原料的选用及挤出温度、复合压力、冷却温度、张力、熟化温度和时间等工艺条件的控制。
The extrusion lamination theory and thermal oxidization theory of polyethylene surface were introduced, according to example of extrusion lamination of polyethylene melt. The selection of polyethylene material, the control of extrusion temperature, laminating pressure, cooling temperature, tension, curing temperature and time, ect. were discussed in detail.
