为了延长货架寿命和改善包装性能,以塑料为基础的纸塑、铝塑和塑塑复合材料越来越受到人们的重视。挤出复合薄膜是通过挤出机螺杆的旋转,将熔融的聚乙烯树脂(或其他热塑性树脂)从T型模口均匀地流出,並连续地挤压在基材(OPP. PET等)上,经过硅橡胶和冷却辊的加压冷却,制成二层(或多层)的复合薄膜。复合薄膜组合了各种基材和塑料的性能。
Since the 1970s, China has gradually imported more than 50 extrusion laminators. Enterprises in the country such as Fuzhou No. 2 Ught Industrial Machinery Plant and Tianjin No. 5 Plastics Factory are beginning to manufacture extrusion laminating units, but problems such as low speed, unevenness of lamination and poor bond strength have not been solved. The article gives a detailed introduction to the extrusion laminating techniques including the resins, substrates and AC agents for extrusion laminating, structures of extrusion laminators, existing problems for extrusion laminating products as well as the compositions, features and uses of extrusion laminated products in common use.
