摘要
解决政府信息失真的问题,是提高政府管理能力和管理效率的重要途径。要从根本上真正解决政府信息失真的问题,光靠技术上的信息管理是不够的。文章指出运用知识管理理论来解决政府信息失真问题可能是一条有效途径,运用知识管理理论,建立起学习型政府,明确以知识管理解决政府信息问题的原则,并采取一系列切实有效的对策和措施从根本上解决政府信息失真。
Resolving the loss in government information accuracy is one of the key solutions to improving the capabilities and efficiencies of the governments. Information management techniques alone are inadequate in eliminating the root cause of loss in government information accuracy. This article endeavors to provide a practical, efficient means to resolve the loss in government information accuracy. Loss of government information accuracy can be eliminated through applying a knowledge management theory, establishing a learning government, understanding the principle of knowledge management in dealing with government information issues, and adopting other effective methods and measures. The knowledge management theory includes these principles： transcending the traditional concept about government information, affirming to the governance of governments, establishing a national unified government information system, enhancing government officials＇ awareness of information and improving their information processing capabilities, and further reforming government information system.
