摘要
国家档案馆和政府机关档案室在政府信息公开组织体系中处在非常特殊的地位,但在信息资源意识、服务水准、制度建设、业务流程、保障监督机制等方面与政府信息公开的特殊要求尚有较大差距,迫切需要与时俱进地改革创新,以积极履行角色,适应政府信息公开新形势,推进档案工作新发展。
National archives and administration department records office has a special station in government information opening system. But there is a big distance from government information opening＇ s special demand on information resource consciousness, service level, institutional construction, work process, and supervision system. We cry for innovation to perform our duty, be seasoned with government information opening, and advance archival work.
