摘要
高等学校学生干部作为大学生中的特殊群体,对大学生干部的研究成为高等学校学生工作研究的热点。采用问卷调查的方法,对河南省地方高等学校学生干部的语言表达能力、任务执行能力、协作能力、沟通能力等进行了调查统计分析,并从性别和年级两个层次上对学生干部进行分析发现,在性别上,女性学生干部在协作能力维度上的得分高于男性学生干部;在年级上,一年级学生干部在沟通能力维度上的得分高于二、三年级学生干部;应适当增加学生干部培训,从而有利于学生干部个人的发展和高等学校总体工作的开展。
College student cadres, as a special student group, has become one of the hot points of the research on student work of colleges and universities. The method of questionnaire was used to investigate into the student cadres of a few provincial colleges and universities in Henan Province. A statistical analysis of the student cadres was made from the four aspects of ability of language expression, ability of mission performance, ability of cooperation, and ability of communication.Also,another analysis of the student cadres was made from the two aspects of gender and grade. In the aspect of gender, the female student cadres got higher scores than their mate counterparts in ability of cooperation; in the aspect of grade, the first-year student cadres behaved better than the second and third-year student cadres in ability of communication. The result of these analyses shows that college student cadres should be given more chances of training and seek for an overall and balanced ability development, which is helpful to personal development of the college student cadres and the general work of colleges and universities.
