摘要
为加快推进基础教育信息化,适应全面实施素质教育和基础教育课程改革的要求,教育部在高等学校实施了全国中小学教师教育技术能力培训任务。为充分有效地发挥培训在教育教学的作用,彻底转变教育观念、培训的核心是提高教学设计能力、注重理论联系实践、采用任务驱动的培训策略。
In order to accelerate the informationalization of primary education, adapt to the requirements of the overall implementation of quality-oriented education and the reform of primary education curriculum, the PRC Ministry of Education has implemented a teacher's training program, according to which the teachers of both primary and secondary schools are required to receive an educational-technology-oriented training. For the purpose of making such a traing play a full and effective role in the current education and teaching, it is suggested that the concept on education be completely changed; training be regarded as the core of capability of instructional design; the combination of theory with practice be paid more attention to; and the taskdriven training strategy be adopted.
