摘要
分析了以水煤浆为原料的GE煤气化工艺气化炉的结构设计特点。该气化炉采用非催化部分氧化法制合成气(CO+H2),合成气由燃烧室(气化反应室)通过激冷环冷却进入激冷室。气化炉主要由燃烧室、激冷室、耐火衬里、激冷组件及气化烧嘴等部件组成。
This paper analyzes the structural design features of GE gasifier with coal-water slurry as feedstock. The gasifier uses non-catalysis partial oxidation method to generate syngas (CO + H2), which leaves gasification chamber, passes through quenching ring and enters quenching chamber. The gasifier mainly consists of gasification chamber, quenching chamber, refractory lining, quench fittings and burners, etc.
