摘要 以D4、精制硅烷偶联剂,自制催化剂为原料,经共聚反应合成了不黄变硅油织物柔软剂,通过乳化制得高性能不黄变硅油微乳液。应用结果表明,经不黄变硅油微乳液(20g/L)整理后织物的手感柔软、滑爽,白度较好,有一定的抗皱性和耐洗性。 A non-yellowing textile softener is synthesized by polymerization from D4, refined silicane coupling agent and the writers’ self-made catalyst as starting material, and a high performance non-yellowing silicone micro- emulsion is obtained through emulsifying the resultant softener. The fabric treated with the non-yellowing silicone microemulsion (20 g/L) has soft handle, smooth, better whiteness, and considerable crease resistance and washing durability.
