摘要
用SiO2溶胶对羊毛进行阻燃处理,并采用氧指数、剩炭率、热分析、扫描电镜等方法对处理前后羊毛的阻燃性能及热降解行为进行研究。对比未阻燃和阻燃羊毛的剩炭率、氧指数升高,热降解温度、放热峰温度升高,阻燃性得到明显改善。依据阻燃羊毛的热降解行为的变化,对该阻燃羊毛的阻燃机理做了初步探讨。
The wool was treated by SiO2 sol system. The flame retardance and thermal stability of samples were studied by thermal analysis, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), limited oxygen index (LOI) and char yield methods. The wool treated with SiO2 sol-gel showed increases in LOI and char yield, increases in the temperature of decomposition and the temperature of exothermic peak, which indicated that the flame retardance of treated wool was improved compared to that of untreated wool. The effect of the flame retardants on its mechanism has been proposed according to the change of the thermal degradation behavior of flame retardant wool.
