摘要
采用LO I测试结果讨论了纳米LDH s对PS,以及纳米LDH s与APP协效阻燃剂对PS的阻燃作用。结果表明:在PS中加入80份LDH s时,复合材料的最高氧指数可达28;而在100份PS中添加30份纳米LDH s后,再添加30份APP时,复合材料氧指数可达29.5,两者具有明显协效阻燃作用,并通过FT-IR和XPS测试结果分析了纳米LDH s与APP的协效阻燃机理。结果表明:APP与纳米LDH s表面反应生成M g-O-P或A l-O-P键以致协同阻燃。
Discussed the fire-retardant function of nanocrystalline Mg-A1 layered double hydroxides (nano-LDHs) to PS by LOI results. It was showed that PS's LOI values could be increased up to 28 after PS was filled with the nano-LDHs; But the LOI of PS composites could achieve 29.5 when PS was filled with 30% nano-LDHs and 30% APP. This shows nano- LDHs with APP have obvious coordinated fire-retardant function. By the results of FT-IR and XPS, the mechanism was inferred that APP could react with the surface of nano- LDHs to produce Mg-O-P or A1-O-P bonds leading to the coordinated fire-retardant result.
