分餐进食对糖尿病患者早餐后血糖的影响分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨分餐对糖尿病患者血糖的影响,为临床护士对糖尿病患者的饮食指导提供依据。方法对40例已确诊的2型糖尿病的患者进行早餐分餐的自身交叉前、后对照研究,受试患者共查末梢血糖4 d,每天于空腹、早餐后2 h、早餐后4 h、午餐后2 h各查1次;分餐7∶00时先进食2/3早餐,2 h后查完血糖再进食1/3。将每例患者分餐与未分餐各时点的血糖值进行比较。结果分餐者早餐后2 h血糖与未分餐者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),分餐者早餐后4 h、午餐后2 h血糖值与未分餐者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论分餐进食可降低糖尿病患者早餐后的血糖,对午餐前、后血糖影响不大,对糖尿病患者平稳控制血糖起到了一定的作用。 Objective To explore the influence on dis-meal on blood sugar level post breakfast of diabetic patients with Chinese food habit, in order to guide diabetics to plan meal properly. Methods 40 diabetics were studied with self cross control. 2/3 amount of breakfast was taken at 7 ." 00, and the rest at 9..00. Their blood-sugar were measured at 2 h and 4h after breakfast and 2h after lunch in 4 days to compare with the ones in no dis-meal. Results The blood-sugar level at 2h after breakfast of dis meal group was significantly different than that of no dis-meal group(P〈0.05), and there was no significantly difference in blood-sugar level measured at 4h after breakfast and 2 h after lunch between the two groups(P〉0.05). Conclusion Dis meal may lower the blood-sugar level of the diabetics post breakfast rather than that of after lunch, then it's beneficial to the steady control of the blood sugar.
