摘要
以托鲁巴姆、GS2和赤茄为砧木,西安绿茄、圆丰1号、黑又亮长茄为接穗,研究了嫁接栽培对茄子产量、品质和黄萎病抗性的影响。结果表明:茄子嫁接成活率为92.31%;嫁接苗前期产量低于自根茄或持平,总产量显著高于自根茄,增加幅度在8.3%~37.3%之间,3个供试砧木依次为托鲁巴姆〉GS2〉赤茄〉CK;嫁接后尽管果实单糖和干物质的含量有所提高,锌含量低于自根茄,但是主要营养成分含量与自根苗相比无显著差异;此外,嫁接提高了茄子时黄萎病的抗性,其发病率和病情指数降低幅度分别在20.4%~67.5%和25.5~56.1之间,不同砧木的抗病效果顺序为:托鲁巴姆〉GS2〉赤茄。
The experiment with three varieties as rootstocks and scions studied the effect of grafting cultivation on eggplant's yield, quality and resistance to Verticillium Wilt.
